The Goritza Waterfall
is situated on the
Goritza River, which
is a left tributary of
the Djerman River
in the North-west Rila
Mountain. It is part of
the territory of the
village of Ovchartzi,
Kyustendil district,
and is situated at an
altitude of 800 m.
The height of the fall
is 40 m. One hectare
of the woods around
the waterfall has been
proclaimed for a rare
natural sight.
