Situation - 6 km south of Jambol, 3 km north of Srem, near Topolovgrad and Elhovo. The house is situated in the thick of the wood just next to Tundja river, at the foot of Sakar Mountain.

The region is rich of plants and animals species, it is abound in natural and artificial water tanks, which make it suitable for fishing and hunting.

Capacity – 3 apartments, 3 double, 2 trinple rooms and 1 studio (3 bedrooms and a living-room). All rooms are with self-contained bathrooms, cable television, refrigerator and air-conditioner. They are heated by steam. At hand of the guests are modern kitchen, dining room and a folk-style restaurant. They are а swimming pool and a sauna for relax.
