Capacity – 3 apartments, 3 double, 2 trinple rooms and 1 studio (3 bedrooms and a living-room). All rooms are with self-contained bathrooms, cable television, refrigerator and air-conditioner. They are heated by steam. At hand of the guests are modern kitchen, dining room and a folk-style restaurant. They are а swimming pool and a sauna for relax.

Situation - 56 km south of Jambol, 3 km north of Srem, near Topolovgrad and Elhovo. The house is situated in the thick of the wood just next to Tundja river, at the foot of Sakar Mountain.
